At Xride, we value and appreciate our passengers' loyalty. We understand that our passengers play a crucial role in the success of our platform. We introduced the Passenger Loyalty Rewards program to show gratitude and encourage a positive experience.

How It Works: Our Passenger Loyalty Rewards program is designed to reward passengers who consistently receive positive feedback and maintain high ratings for our drivers.

Ratings and Feedback: Passengers who consistently rate drivers with high scores and provide constructive feedback will earn loyalty points. These loyalty points are not just a token of appreciation; they have real value in our ecosystem. Here's how it works:

  • Earning Loyalty Points: Passengers accumulate loyalty points with each positive driver rating and feedback they provide.

  • Leveling Up NFTs: Loyalty points play a dual role in our ecosystem. Passengers can use these points to level up their NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). NFTs are unique digital assets representing a passenger's status and loyalty within our platform.

  • Unlocking Level 10: When passengers reach Level 10 in their NFT journey, they unlock exclusive privileges. At this level, they are entitled to special trip discounts and access to premium services, such as NFT staking, and join the Xride revenue-sharing mechanism for additional rewards.

  • NFT Benefits: NFT staking enhances passengers' engagement with our platform. By staking NFTs, passengers can earn Xride Governance tokens and join the DeFi lifetime revenue-sharing mechanism.
